Of course, not knowing exactly how the seedings are going to shake out, and which teams will be in what bracket (remember Dallas and San Antonio having to square off against each other in the 2nd round last year), it's difficult to say. But, my predictions:
East: Miami vs. Detroit
West: Phoenix vs. Dallas
Champion: Phoenix
Dark Horse Teams:
East: Washington
West: Utah or Houston

In the East it will be Cleveland over Detroit in 6. The West will be Dallas over Phoenix in 7. The Mavericks will then bring the NBA title to Big D in a 6 game victory over King James and the Cavs.

There are many possibility but this is how the entire playoff system will probably work out:
Eastern Conference:
1. Piston vs. 8. Knicks
2. Wizards vs. 7. Nets
3. Bulls vs. 6. Indiana
4. Cavs vs. 5. Orlando
after those games are over:
Pistons vs. Cavs
Wizards vs. Bulls
after:
Pistons vs. Bulls
Piston go to the finals because they still have a great core and the addition of Chris Webber will help them.
Western Conference:
1. Mavericks vs. 8. Hornets
2. Suns vs. 7. Clippers
3. Spurs. vs. 6. Denver
4. Jazz vs. 5. Lakers
after:
Mavs. vs. Lakers
Suns vs. Denver
after:
Mavs vs. Suns
The Mavs will win only because of their deep bench, the suns have a deep bench but it's not as deep as the Mavs.
In the Finals its gonna be the Mavs in 6 again because of their deep bench.
