Now the stress is really rocking the carrier is in transit to the home location and you must come and pick it up however you can't get it to night because its on the truck. Then you arrive to get your package the following day and they can not find it. Finally you file a claim on the item or items and they have found it at the office it was obstructed by another larger package.

You go to pick it up and it is broken.

Then you file another complaint.
