When Grossman plays well, it's a great QB. He has to gain some self-confidence, improve some of his weaknesses, and he can bring the Bears back to the playoffs.

Grossman will start however the Bears may bring someone else in from Free Agency to compete with him for the starting job. Despite Grossman having some terrible games this season he is young and inexperienced and losing in the Superbowl will make him a better player. Grossman is in a similar situation now as Kyle Boller was in last year for the Ravens. However i think Grossman is still at least in Lovie Smiths mind the Bears QB of the future

If that is your solution you should let the entire team go and start from scratch. The defense fall apart and never got it back together after the half. Grossman had his problems but add that to the rest of the team's performance and that summed up to make the disaster complete. The colts didn't play that great either but they had more experience with tougher defenses all year and overcame the set backs smoother.

first off hes all that they got right now. they wont be able to get anyone out of the draft and there wont be any good free agents. brian griese is a good backup but his leadership is lacking. grossman has great leadership, grossman just needs to work really hard over the post season. also, getting a new quarter back in the bears system would require the offense to completely change...and when the bears offense is going good, they're one of the best.

Hmmmm....Let me think about thatNO. A quarterback NEEDS to be one of two things in the NFL, either consistent or inconsistently great. Rex Grossman is neither, and his team will never have true confidence in him because of it.

Yes - keep him back there.

The team will revolt against him sending them into a HUGE tailspin come playoff time next year..............
