For the following crimes against us Y!A users;

Sending out violation notices where no violation has occurred

Re-writing the rules of the English Language by stating 'not a question or an answer' on a violation notice when it blatantly is a question/answer

Deleting more than the necessary number of points for removing a question or answer

Expecting us to believe the 'Celebrity Questions' are asked by Celebrities

Not posting certain questions for no apparent reason whilst still deducting 10 points from our running total

Not replying to any emails sent to 'Customer Care' when challenging or providing 'feedback' in respect of a violation notice

Having been found guilty of the above charges, I hereby declare I will seek out every member of the Y!A Admin Team, tie them up, give them little paper cuts and bathe in vinegar whilst making them watch repeats of 'Deal or No Deal' over a 24 hour period without any sleep.

Anyone with me?......Viva la revolution!.....

I thought the Y A admin team was like the tooth fairy! I believe Sants is the managing director but instead of elves they employ 17year old virgins from Dundee!!

Punish them.

If a violation notice goes out they should have at least check that so-called violation themselves and seen if it was justified.

English "Would" be nice.

Yes, they original 5 points for asking the question never get returned so to me it looks like we lose 15 points not 10.(AM I right on this or not, or is the original 5 included in the 10?)

It's all Yahoo! hype.

Again still charging our accounts for the original 5 points.(Again am I right on this or not?)

I have gotten feed back as much to say "We'll check into it" and never hear from them again which is a big F U.

Good punishment!!

With you all the way.

"Viva la revolucion?" Well, using that term and its connotations for having a few violations e-mails on this website makes me a bit cynical to start with. It's true that Y!A don't seem to think about who or what they violate, and don't respond to bugger-all complaints. But I treat as a fact of life: I might not have many points, but what do I care.. I don't have the personality traits to really get annoyed with this site, if prerequisites seem to be: a belief in 'celebrity' and mail never getting lost, wanting justice and whining about it. So in short: you have a point, but so what.

Where do I sign up? I got a violation notice today for an answer that was both relevant and witty. I have lodged a protest.

You have forgotten messing around with the avatars so they disappear. Mine's been gone for a week and it is VERY chilly without it!! No-one from customer care responds at all. Humph!!!

It will be hard to find the Yahoo Gods they`re very illusive
its best if we all grovel and kiss their a@@ .the way they like it .
and then when we lull them into a false sense of safety .we can count to three and all jump up and grab em
