Kajol. Not only is Kajol a better actress than Ash, she is the best of them all. Everyone knows the only reason Ash is in showbiz is because of her looks. Although Kajol is very beautiful, she does not highlight it, unlesss the scene calls for it. Filmakers sign her up because of her acting talents and she has proven time and time again that she is the best.

Kajol has a lot more personality & energy. Aishwarya is in more movies these days pretty much just because she's so attractive.

As far as the acting goes its definitely Kajol and more so after watching some of ash's latest film where her performance was pathetic to say the least. Mind you in the earlier years Ash was terrific, both look wise and acting wise.
