This is a really tough choice b/c I love animals and I especially love dogs and cats but if I had to choose, I'd say the cat. Dogs sometimes bite young children and I could be expecting really soon so I'd want the kitty for now and later, the puppy!

I love puppies becuase I love the way they smell and act. But I cant resist a kitten because their faces are so inquisitive. Thats too hard. I like all baby animals...
