I would definietly choose the colonial times. Ok, maybe its not that great, but at least, you could trust people enough to lay your milk money out side ungarded! The punishments were cruel but, I'm no criminal! i would love to discover people like Abraham Lincoln, or Thomas Edison, some one famous. I wish I could change time little, and then i'll be quite famous now days. But then again, I wouldn't choose to live in the colonial times forever. I would always have a little hope to return to the future because I am addicted to this computer!

England, the time of Shakespeare and Queen Elizabeth I, and the rise of Puritanism in England. I would hope to discover many things--the kind of person Shakespeare was, how having both a Catholic and Anglican heritage affected his view of theology, I'd like to listen in on some of the playwright's discussions about their art, and I'd like to know how the common people felt about and saw their queen. I'd like to see her processing from one place to another. And I'd like to hear the churchmen working out their differences in the new Anglican church--between those who leaned more Catholic and those who leaned more Reformation. I'd like to just see and look at the lives of the people in London--just kind of of roam around town as it were. And I'd like to hear how English actually sounded back then--and do an up and down country tour to hear the different dialects.

I would go to Ancient Greece. Their architecture is really neat and they created a lot of the technologies we have today (not computers, but medicine and such). I'd be interested to see how life was back then.

I would like to see the U.S. in the 1600's. Before it was overrun with people who take too much from the land.
