What sort of jail time would there be for social security fraud if you got sentenced.?? like what range of time??

It depends on a lot of circumstances; like was this part of identity theft?

Count on at least 10 years...maybe more.

Lot of variables here probably no way for anyone to answer. Reason it depends on how many other crimes one has committed. Depends on the Court. Depends on the Judge and the judges mood. Prosecutor how gun-hoe they might be.

Usually if its someones only crime they might let you off easier.
