I don't know about 10 pounds. Maybe 5-7. Of course you're well aware that this is terrible for your health and can cause severe problems but if you want an honest answer yes I think you will. Everyone likes to say that your body goes into starvation mode, which i'm sure it does, but that doesn't cause you to gain weight. If anything you're going to stay the same if you don't lose pounds. I've done this before so I know from experience but don't do it long term like I did. It will make you very ill. It's probably better to atleast just eat 100 calories a day or so rather than starve yourself completely. And make sure you still drink water. I'd say I lost about 6 pounds in a week once doing this. I'd have a couple grapes everyday or peanuts or something. If you have an event coming up that you just want to lose 10 pounds for real quick then more than likely you can drop atleast 5 but I wouldn't continue this for more than week. 7 days of fasting is no going ot kill you though. I'm not reccomending you do this whatsoever but just giving you a straight answer!

Depends on your height, weight and how much fat you are carrying.

3 times I have gone 7 days in a row with no food, only water. During those 7 days I still continued to lift weights, mow lawns, do the usual things.

In the short term I did lose more than 10lbs each time. The body however gets really mad at you for doing this because it treats each time as an episode of starvation, using up muscle mass, and fat mass during the fast; but once the fast is over, wham bam the body quickly stores up as much fat as possible in preparation for the next fast.

So, your best bet is to eat a little less junk, and exercise a little more. (you already knew this if you have read all the prior posts).

Good luck

No definitely not, that will only cause you serious health problems. Plus, you would not loose that much weight because your body has a natural response and shuts down on calorie burning if you drastically reduce your calorie intake as low as 1000 or fewer calories a day for example. Its a response the body has to protect us for a famine to keep us alive in exteme situations. The best way to loose weight is to exercise, and reduce calories to 500 less than you normally take in, reduce most fat from your diet, eat pleanty of fruits and vegetables and avoid sweets and limit bread. Also, drink pleanty of water. This helps to flush out impurities and helps your digestive system to work properly.

Maybe, maybe not, It depends on your body's metabolism, If it is high, then maybe so. If it is low, then No. your body will store the food you already have and never burn those calories because there is no metabolism kicking in. A person needs to eat at least 5-7 small meals or snacks in between small portioned meals to successfully loose weight with exercise and plenty of water to cleanse your body of toxins.

That's loosing 2 pounds a day... I'm lucky if I loose two pounds a week!

I honestly don't know. You could I suppose but not safely. And you'll probably gain it back when you start eating again.

Food keeps your body alive. Remember that.

More than likely NO. And the lbs. you might lose will be gained back immediately when you resume eating.

you might... but when you start eating again, your body will be in 'starvation mode' so it will hold on to as much extra as possible from the foods you eat... so, you may lose it quick, but you'd gain it back fast, or even more.
