You don't give us enough information about yourself so you'll have to improvise. However here's a suggestion of a fictitious person and how you could write your poem.
I am a very friendly girl
I like to be with others
I'm five feet two with eyes of blue
That look just like my mother's
I love to go to school each day
It's where I meet my friends
These are the happiest days they say
I hope it never ends
I love to go out with the girls
Now that I don't need toys
In fact it is a super way
To meet and talk with boys
I like to play my radio
I like to play it loud
But when my granny comes around
She says 'I hope you're proud.'
Because the music hurts her ears
I turn it very low
And Granny says 'I've won again'
She really doesn't know.
I wear short dresses when I can
And sometimes I wear jeans
And when I wear my special clothes
My guy knows what it means
I'm quite an outdoor girl at heart
I run and swim and ride
And if hard work needs to be done
I won't go off and hide
To summarise I'd like to say
My love for life is true
And knowing that makes me feel good
For sharing it with you.

write about your experiences and interests---then put them into a rhyme/rap
