how you can find out who and how can you trace it and get rid of the ones that has tapped into your computer

Unless you are on a home network and someone is using the remote desktop feature, or you are running a vnc, I cant see how someone has tapped into your computer.
You may want to update your firewall and antivirus programmes and block any incoming intrusions from any ip address.

Go to Google and type in the search box "Security test?" and press 'I'm Feel lucky'.
It will take you to Shields Up. Scroll down, click proceed. On the second page you will find several buttons, one for file sharing one for ports etc,etc.....
These will test your computer security and if you poke around the site some more you should be able to find out who is in your computer.
I had the same problem. My firewall was constantly lit up with You are being scanned from such and such address.
From Shields Up I learned about a second firewall inside a router. I plugged it in my cable line and my computer is now in complete stealth mode. You will learn about that from Shields Up.

I think that Zone Alarm Pro will do that. Not the free version, though.
