No. There are specific tests to be a certified paralegal. And a paralegal doesn't have to be "certified" to work as one.

The bar exam is for attorneys only.

No but you can then go back to college for the classes to become an attorney. A paralegal can take a test for licensing but i haven't and there are 2 year programs for an associates degree or a 4 year for Bachelor degree programs I currently hold an associates degree for Paralegal. As far as taking the bar NO they can't you need to take the lsats to get into law school.... check out this website http://www.nationalparalegal.org/ it will answer everything you need to know

No. A paralegal doesn't even have to go to college, although there are some two year certificate programs out there. I got one, and never used it.

Nope, in fact, you cannot take the Bar exam without going to Law School.

No, there are shorter (than law school) programs that help train someone to do the work
