does anyone know the origin of pollock jokes?

are they really that stupid?

it stems from world war one, when the polish people had nothing really going for them than horses, not thier fault at all as a matter of fact the polish are a wealth of culture, but as far as war went, all they had were really well trained horses, and against tanks and cars it didnt really do much.

Joul lock jokes from being electricuted with a joul or a watt ones memory locks up and the person appears to be stupid after being brain traumatize.
