Is the anger caused by him doing something? Or are the two of you having an arguement or something? To me that question depends on the situation, I have a anger problem too but only b/c it is easy to piss me off about stuff. I don't like stupidity so that is why I'm askin these questions to make sure I have a clear picture of what you mean. If you see that your anger is to the extreme maybe you should seek counselin and discuss what makes you so anger. I know some men do things that really get on your last nerve but you have to control your anger. That is what I'm workin with. I love my husband dearly but there are somethings he does that will run me crazy! Do ya feel me?? Good Luck on your decision and I'm rootin for ya on your accomplishment=)

As a recipient of daily anger from a partner I must tell you that not only are you affecting your marriage but you are inadvertently hurting your partner and dimishing them to nothing.

There is nothing worse that an angry partner. Its scarry. Its humiliating, degrating to the recipient and causes the person at the other end to have no self worth at all. In may even cause them to hate themselves so much they feel like hurting themselves.

You need to get help, or walk away from your spouse immediately. Noone deserves to live like this.

Ask yourself this, "why am I hurting the one that I love with anger?" Personally, if you really love them and you know that you cannot control yourself, you should stear clear of them until you get better.

Just an opinion for another side.

You need to enroll in some anger management classes. Either that or you are going to place your husband at the feet of another woman just to look for what you are not giving him. He may want a divorce. Don't keep pushing it. You might not be ready for what may or may not happen. If you love him and you want your marriage you better get with the program and correct the situation before it's too late.

Counselling and perhaps medication. You could be experiencing severe PMS symptoms. Try starting with your MD, then move onto other things if he/she can't help!
