Add details: what are the problems? But usually, just go ahead and get another, quit using the old one. (Like, Yahoo! ones are free, just go to www.yahoo.com and sign on as if you never had one before and go through all the rigamarole of signing up for a new one. Or you can get a free one lots of other places, if you prefer, like www.msn.com or etc., etc.)
