i took a heart test i stepped up and down on a 12 in box for 3 min.at 68 steps per second.my heart rate was 115. im 44 yrs old 6 ft 225 lbs.is this a good score.i was told i was not physically fit.

Everyone is different. Your body's BMI is what actually dictates if you're overweight or not.

I'm 66 after a light cardio workout I have a heart rate of 115 to 120

This is a mile on a treadmill, (27 min) about 10min with an arm crank and about 10 min with a rower, 10 min with weights

Your major issue is overweight
Weight wise I'm even worse 229 lb at 5'10"
