Well on YouTube there is usually a lil thing on the right where it says EMBED...thats what i usally do...but now that your on youtube check out this vid..its funny...and i swear its not a virus or nothing..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8nHomh9mw8w

hi, if u got a web site, u must do that:
1.- go to www.youtube.com
2.- register your profile
3.-find a prefer video and select
4.- load your prefer video
5.- copy the URL about video. exp =(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZlHOlTXhLs)
6.-change "/WATCH" by " v/ " and add ".avi". exp = http://www.youtube.com/v/uZlHOlTXhLs.avi
7.- copy this url in HTML link
8.- say Thak you.
