Sending Bush to fight just endangers real soldiers' lives. Impeach him then deny him any lecture money, cant write a book, etc. as far as Im concerned, his crimes fall under the "Son of Sam" rule.

I would say neither the only punishment for him is to applogize for lying to every American. And also for him to pay for everyone to run the vehicles on over priced stolen Iraq oil. I don't like the idea of some people putting down a person for asking this question. For the person asking this question , you have the right to ask this question . And anyone who does not agree with this question you should not be answering it, because you don't believe in freedom of speech. People died for this country so everyone can have freedom of speech. And the right to say what they feel. I feel a person should believe what they want and not put others down if they don't agree what a person has to say. If a person puts a person down for asking a question there scared of the other person being right and by telling a person there wrong they are denying the truth. This is America not some communist country where people are forced to believe every lie there told. Good Bless America

I think you should learn to use good English grammar. Mr. Bush deserves credit for the good work he has done. Punishment is reserved for criminals. Mr. Bush is not a criminal. Impeachment is not likely. The US Constitution says a President can be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors. He has done neither.
If a President is impeached. The Senate has to have a trial. If a President is convicted by the Senate, the only thing they can do is remove him from office. That has never happened in the history of the United States.
After you brush up on your grammar, try learning some US history.
You won't then have time to plague Y! answers with your inane remarks.

What would you impeach him for? He hasn't committed a crime. You and your English on the other hand...but anyway, here's a little history lesson.

Andrew Johnson was impeached for "high crimes and misdemeanors," but really, the reason he was impeached was because he dismissed the Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton for cooperating with the Radicals against his wishes, and because he fired the dude, the Radicals that controlled congress impeached him. He wasn't removed from office, however because the Radicals failed to convict Johnson by a margin of 1 vote short of the 2/3 majority needed to remove a president from office.
More than likely, the radicals in our present congress won't find anything to charge him with, and I guarantee you, he won't be sent to fight in the war. That is the most ridiculous thing I've heard.
BTW, what does "he should be put treated as a war criminal" or "if send to Iraq" mean? You are a criminal to the English language.

Go Bush!

Neither one would hurt him. He has already gotten away with the 2.3 trillion in pentagon funds and destroyed the evidence with the attacks on the pentagon and building 7. He used the emotions of 911 to focus the people on Iraq and it worked. He has covered his butt by butchering the constitution right under your noses and there is nothing you can do about it. The only just act would be if GW and his father were shot like George Sr. had JFK shot. The people still wouldnt get the money back but then they could deal with the serious evil know as Chaney. I would love to see his face when he finds out hes doing 20 to life in a cell with "Bubba".

impeach him! It will let daddy down. Perfect punishment. I am also going to use this to relay my disgust for republicans that come up saying bush has not broken any laws. Is wiretapping without a warrant illegal? And do you really believe that bush was given "false" information about WMD in iraq? bush was going into iraq to finish daddys job the minute he got into office. wake up rightys and think with your own brains!!!!!!! Turn off fox news and get a grip on reality! bush is a criminal!!

if he gets impeached (i hates this man ) i will be scared because it's a year and a half before we'd get a new president and as much as I'd like to see him get impeached (it would be so great) i would be terrified to have chaney at the helm if we thought bush did some evil and and shittty things for America i could see chaney making it ten times worse than it already ,as for the punishment the EOD that you mentioned would be great but we could always lock him in a room with Cindy shehan and her fellow ladie friends either way it would be fitting i just hope the bush police don't come banging down my door for saying these things

He SHOULD be removed from office (with the rest of the bunch), and face trial for Crimes Against Humanity.

Just the trial itself would be some punishment -- there they'd all be, stuck in a room, listening while people speak truths near -- they HATE that.

During that time, I'd like to see a lively debate (that they'd be forced to listen to) about whether the prohibitions on torture should be waived for those who ordered torture, and some creative ideas about what just punishment for them would be.

(Suspended naked, in cages, 3 feet above the ground in, oh, say, Times Square -- were people can tell them what they think of them, spit on them, pee on them. Just as one idea -- I bet we could really let our imaginations go.)

Really make them sweat (hey, Gonzalez, this QUAINT enough for you?).

After they've really sweated out what their futures seem to hold, take each into a room, sit them down, look them dead in the eyes, and say, "NOW do you get it?"

Let let them rot in prison.

On what accounts for impeachment? Lying? He presented the infomation that was given to him, and Congress voted on that.
An unjust war? We had the right to go into Iraq after Saddam violated the UN sanctions inthe early 1990s.
War crimes? What war crimes?

First of all, Impeachment is impossible based on the fact that people don't like him. He has to commit a crime, no laws have been broken. You can't impeach the president just because he declares war, especially since he can't do this without Congress's approval. Second, he can't go to Iraq to fight based on his age, this doesn't just include the president, this includes any US citizen. If you had paid attantion during school and had some common sense, you would realize this.

Punishment for what? He is not a war criminal, nor has he committed any impeachable offenses. Other than your irrational hatred of him and your delusions about his criminality, why should he be punished? I mean in the truth-based non-hallucinatory world the rest of us occupy.
