These are not very old stamps. I just want to use them instead of throwing away the money I spent on them, but I don't know what to add to them. Some are Flags with the Statue of Liberty on them and 2006. Some are blue and yellow with a rooster on them with "The 'H' Rate makeup stamp" written on them.

Just go to your local canadapost/USPS shop and ask them, they should know. If you are in canada, I believe most 7 11s have canadapost offices in them.

EDIT: my bad, statue of liberty stamps, you are in the US? Just go to your local us postal service center and show them the stamp. They usually have a number on them which can be put into their systems to check the value.

Hope this helps

The Liberty stamp is First Class, or .39 cents of postage, the amount to send a one oz letter.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure about the "H" rate stamps.
