The first time when the Simpsons went to New York and when Automan needed to get his license to drive the school bus. They are hilarious

I like the one where Penny Marshall played the thieving babysitter and tied up Bart and Lisa. The Simpsons go to Japan was pretty hilarious too. Also when Homer goes to rock and roll camp.

Probably the most creative show in the history of television. The fact that they could keep it so fresh after 18 years is amazing.
Though there are many I would have to say my favorites are the ones where Bart is being chased by Side Show Bob. All Classic moments.
My favorite line is when Crusty could no longer air Itchy and Scrathy cartoons and found some lame Russian cartoon to air instead. Not realizing the camera is back on him he smokes a cig and says under his breath "I could of pulled a better show out of my A-A-AAAAA HEY KIDS!!!! (when he at the last minute realizes he is back on).

Homer Alone, where Marge looses it and takes her own mini vacation. My favorite character has always been Lisa, when the show started I was the same age as Lisa, and liked horses, and played alto sax, so I thought I was Lisa!! I got to grow up with the Simpson's, and even at age 24 am still in love with the show! Now they just need to hurry up with the releases of the dvd sets!!

Trick question - there are so many great episodes! One of my favorites is the episode where Marge is commissioned to paint Mr. Burns' portrait. So many great lines in that one, and a fun sequence.
Also, the "Space Coyote" episode, where Homer eats Guatamalan Insanity Peppers.

Any of the early halloween episodes are good...my favorite is the parody of The Raven.
