There ARE cast members out there who do that, however it's unlikely that you'll find too many willing to risk their job for strangers or for a little bit of cash. The Main Gate passes are only to be used for friends and family...not to be sold or used for profit. I get in for free from friends who work there but they are SO not willing to risk anything for someone on the internet.

Sorry - the only way you can get in for free is if you know someone personally who is a cast member. They would have to use their main gate pass to get you in.
Try purchasing discounted park tickets at these locations instead:
AAA (membership required)
Vons and Safeway Supermarkets (California only)
your local Disney Store
Costco (membership required - travel services)
Sam's Club (membership required - travel services)

The only way & I mean ONLY is to know someone who works for Disney otherwise forget it! It costs a small fortune! $$$

uhm buy tickets off of ebay..... thts wat my mom did when we had to take a few xtra people with us... we got 3 tickets for like $150
