I have a Deskjet 612 C HP and the top light keeps blinking and won't print. I think it needs the cartridges realigned but not sure how; the instructions for this are on the help menu but it won't align according to these instructions.

cartridge name mentioned on it will be facing towards u and the ciruits print will be the same which is on the printer
close the door of the cartridges, if still the printer is blink it will be the error message displaying no paper or asking you to feed paper,
if still the error is displayed there may be a problem swtich which is not functioning or damaged
