I used to have those dreams all the time... I'm 40 weeks now and my water STILL hasn't broken. It was probably just a reflection of your concerns for the future with a mix of crazy hormones. If you really feel like something's wrong, talk to your doc about it... but I think these kinds of dreams are pretty common in pregnancy.

I used to have those dreams as well, I don't really think it means that you're going to go into labor. Personally, I notice that the more I think of something, the more apt I am to dream about it. Maybe you're nervous over the childbirth process? (trust me, it's not that bad if you decide to go for an epidural. I don't have experience in natural childbirth, without any meds, so I can't speak for that.) Or maybe you're just ready to go ahead and get the pregnancy out of the way and enjoy the new little one? Either way, congratulations in advance, and good luck! :)

It's VERY common for pregnant women and their partners to dream about various aspects of pregnancy, particularly if this is a first pregnancy. I personally think it's simply the mind's way of exploring an unknown event, and doesn't foretell events specifically.

All it means is that you are anxious about your delivery going well. I had dreams like that even after my son was born; my mom had dreams that she gave birth on the toilet while having a BM... It's normal and is not a sign of early delivery.

i think you guys are just nervous about the pending delivery and you are prob thinking about it more and more...like where you will be when your water breaks etc.... but even if you did deliver soon your baby would be fine
