I was just wondering I was supposed to start the pill yesterday because my period didn't come and its been 3 months already, but the problem is I forgot to take it yesterday and was wondering can I still take it today along with the pill I was to start yesterday??? Thank you

Call your gyno right now! do not put it off cause you could be pregnant and starting the pill can only cause bigger problems if you are.

I too was once on "the pill" and so many times I would forget to take it. I had to get used to popping a pill daily! But to answer your question, my doc did tell me that I could "double up" if I missed a dose. She didn't recommend me doing that all the time, but once in a while it was okay. You may want to check with your Dr. first because your dosage may be higher than mines was. Also you can read on dosage information with the pamphlets that come with your meds. Good luck with that!

Read the literature that came with your prescription and/or call your pharmacist. With my pills, you can take a missed pill 12 hours apart. Just know that you may want to use a back up birth control such as condoms also if you've missed a pill. It can make a difference.

Read the pamphlet that came with your pill pack. Depends on what kind of pill you are taking too.

Yes, but there are instructions for that type of thing inside you bill box. It will tell you when to start and what to do when you missed one or two or three. It will also let you know when it is safe for you to engage in activities again.

No, you just take ONE pill. Not two. Just start today. You have to remember to take it or it will not do any good---not for regulating your cycle OR for birth control.
