It's been proven that blind people can't see dreams, i forgot to pu that in, they can dream but they can't see them. Something to do with the little parts of the eye that get damaged when blind.

Lots of people sleep with their eyes open--- especially little kids. It looks really eerie, but it doesn't seem to bother them. sometimes they are only open a little bit, but once in a while people have them wide open. I guess they blink from time to time just like when they are awake, or their eyes would get dusty.
But sure, altho I have no direct experience of it, it seems logical that a blind person wouldn't be affected by open eyes. I know they dream also--- although I am so visually oriented I truly cannot imagine how.

Blind people do dream - everyone does. Those that were blinded after birth still retain memory of sight and so see quite well in their dreams. I have heard that those who are blind from birth have extremely vivid dreams that are mostly auditory in nature, while others have visual dreams based on what their mind and sense of touch tells them something looks like.
