if your talking about playing with yourself while your husband is at work then I say 1 time a day and sex wise during night time one day yes and one day no cause i do have two children and you dont know when they will be poping in the room

We do it 3-4 times a week not a day! I can't handle anymore beatings than I do now! I try to though!

If you are talking about sex..we try for at least once a day,but we are both busy and have 2 children that tire us out,so sometimes it just doesn't happen.But we usually make up for it over the weekend!!

I eat 4-5 small meals a day. I find it makes me less cranky and I don't feel hungry all the time.

Doing it, as you say, is a personal preference. Everyone has a different desire level. So many things affect it. Stress, work, how much rest they have, dealing with the kids and most of all the person they are with affect their desire. If I am with a man that knows how to please me it increases my desire to please him and I will want to do it as often as I can. ;-)
