my pc is windows xp acer veriton 5500 would appreciate if can update or do something to make my pc open faster and if there is a way where i dont spend any money

It must be the spyware. Go to www.download.com and search for adaware personal. Ad-aware is the program that removes Adware/spyware. Its a fantastic application and its free. After you download it, update it and run it. Then restart your computer. That should do the trick of speeding up the PC.

go to your control panel and click on Add/Delete programs. Go through and delete programs that you have never used. Also, go through all your files and delete those that aren't needed. Pictures and Music files also slow down computers a lot. Go through those files and through all Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc. and delete those that aren't needed. Then empty the recycling bin and then do another defragment. Update Windows, by clicking on your Internet, then go to tools and then click Windows update. This will update a number of things. Also update any spy-ware etc that you have.

You can also take it to computer stores (Best Buy, etc. ) and they can optimize your computer for about $30.

delete unneeded garbage that may run in the background and use up memory (such as yahoo/google toolbars)
a memory upgrade might be in order (you'll have to spend some money)

As above, too many running processes can be detremental to your computers speed. Also try running something like crapcleaner to clean your system of unwanted.......err....crap.
