I was thinking maybe a baby kitten, let her take the drivers license test, a gift card, an increase in allowance, or take her out to a nice dinner. However, these are just some ideas and I am sure there are more. Any ideas?

ask her, and then go from there. pick out one thing that she said and get it, give it to her during a nice dinner that she didn't have to cook.

How about a good divorce attorney??? She surely deserves better than a control freak like yourself. I don't know which century you are living in, but in the year 2007 women don't need permission to take the driver's license test or an allowance!!!!!

Give her a whole day of relaxation. You do the cooking, cleaning, laundry, running errands, and taking care of the kids. Let her spend the day doing whatever she wants with no worries. Give her breakfast in bed, and tell her how much you love and appreciate her.

Just letting her outside with shoes on should be enough for your wife.

"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it" (Ephesians 5:25).
Most people miss that second clause specifying HOW one is to love one's wife.
