Is this a test on where groups of people sit at a stadium??

G.A. seating: 31,750
+
Resvrd seating: 10, 475
= 42225

Capacity: 42,500
All Seating: - 42225
= 275

The real problem is: The writer of this question fails to tell you if the reporters occupy any seating (reserved).

assuming players, radio and newspaper reporters, and stadium workers (in fact using 2 'ands' like this is bad grammar) do not occupy any seats at all, it is simple : 42225 seats for spectators, all the other people can be up to 275.

Badly written test question :-)

if the stadium was filled with spectators, there would be 42,225 of them (the 31,750 and 10475) that would leave 225 of players and radio and reporters and workers
