I think it's not. I think you REALLY REALLY REALLY have to advertise that. Even if you don't, though, it's only a matter of time. I think most predators are more cautious than those online predator show types.

as long as you don't put really-really personal info on myspace....then its fine.
My parents are againist it too. they make me sit and watch the "on-line perdators" show and it sucks. if you really want one then get one.. and a good background website is www.toxxic.net uhm so anyway i don't think it is a predators site as long as there isn't too much personal info.

my space has been fun for me setting up because i use and know HTML, and i have added my friends and people i know what you need to do to be safe is do not just add anyone and set your profile to private. I do understand my space's reputation but your also in control of who you talk to, and your also in danger if your on line bad things have happen to people in chat rooms to.
You just have to be careful and not give out info, and add people you know

will my hubbies x wife has one an she put alot of pics of her self an of my step son an she told me that once she put pics up of my step son there where a lot of older men playing to be younger an only talked to her about my 3 year old step son, it is not safe
an its a wast of anyones time, your mom an dad are right,
plus i know that growing up my dad an mom where always right when it came down to it.

YES IT IS SAFE I HAVE ONE AND ONLY PEOPLE THAT ARE YOU FRINDS CAN VIEW YOUR PAGE AND TALK TO YOU AND IN ORDER FOR SOMEONE TO BE YOUR FRIEND THEY HAVE TO REQUEST IT SO I PERSONALY THINK IT IS VERY SAFE YOU JUST HAVE TO BE WISE ON WHO YOU ACCEPT AS A FRIEND

don't post 100000 pictures of you and your friends, and don't give exact details about your life.
and, of course, don't add someone you don't know.
it's just common sense, really.
