We have got the new top up anytime service. It's absolutely rubbish is anyone else experiencing problems?

The picture keeps freezing, it fails to record programmes, sometimes the downloads don't work the faults are endless. Anyone else fed up with this service?

My mum's got it. She waited nearly two months for the new all-sing all-dancing box and it mysteriously goes off and refuses to switch back on. You're not alone. There was something on Watchdog about it a couple of weeks ago. Apparently there's some sort of software upgrade required to make it work properly. Try their website for further details.
