George W. Bush and Dick Cheney are chiefly responsible for getting the USA into this intractable mess, so considering their performance, especially in foreign affairs...why can't we start by merely replacing Bush...first. Why wait until January of 2009 for this to occur? Wouldn't it be easier and quicker and less painful to end things mercifully by merely impeaching Bush? Of course Cheney would step in, but I suspect that Cheney would be next.

It is so amazing to troll around Yahoo and find people like you who are completely oblivious to the political process and the procedures set forth in our government.

Please, for the sake of Pete, go take a middle school government course.

You see, Bush and his crooked cronies do not feel all is lost. You must understand their real motives. Sure people are whining about the violence, but that is not a concern of theirs in fact the less survivors the better. (less people wanting pay after oil heaven is completed.
Right now under secret building the U.S. with the top four oil companies are building in Baghdad an "EMBASSY" to be largest in the world. Bigger then Vatican city, self contained with it's own water, electric and air supplies. It Will have it's own police force, be hardened and capable of withstanding a nuclear blast with a regular staff of 5,500....You think they plan on leaving in 2008? They would rather blow up the rest of the Middle East...Mary

Pretty much is obvious in that you have no opinion but merely mimicing others. You have not stated any facts to make the case for a 'lousy job' nor have you offered any solutions to real problems. BTW the economy has never been better in the history of the US. So much for a lousy job.......

I think in this country you have to commit a real evil like having Monica Lewinsky & a cigar at your desk to be impeached.

American Majority: Killing in War = Acceptable
Sex Outside Marriage = Impeachable

We can thank the good folks over at
"Seperation of Church & State" for this attitude.

Nixon resigned because he was implicated in the involvement of a burglery. Before that his vp resigned because of a tax scandle. They quit because they still had some concept of decency. I do not know if Bush/Cheney have that level of ethics.

Well it seems that putting the country at risk, lieing to everyone and keeping only you and your cronies in business is not a big enough crime according to the people of the US. But voicing your displeasure with it or diddling a willing intern is.

OK Lib-boy, Bush hasn't done anything worthy of impeachment, and if you want him fired there is a process for that. It's called "Elections". If you remember correctly, Mr. Clinton was endicted for perjury to a grand jury, and obstruction of justice. We fired Clinton and Bush will be fired in 09. You don't have a prayer for impeachment, and most of all, there isn't any crime commited by Bush. Get over it.
