Love Day
it is the same episode where Homer takes on the Garbage Men and ends up running for sanitation commissioner. U2 guest stars and sings a couple of songs "The Garbage Man Can" and "In the Name of Love."
Homer wins the job but spends the years budget in less than a month, therefore having to import garbage from other states resulting in the destruction of Springfield. This in turn ruins the town forcing the people to move the city five miles down the road.
Sir Hugs A Lot or Lord Hugginton is the bear Marge gives Homer I forget which one.

I think that the meaning of Valentines day has been skewed by commercialism. Valentines day is a day to recognize those that you love and that are special to you. I have a shopping list, much like Christmas. My mom gets flowers, my best friend gets a card, my siblings and their kids get candy. I am not sure when it became all about boyfriends/girlfriends/sex buddies etc. I wish that less emphasis was put on "do you have someone for valentines day" because in essence we all have special valentines, its just whether or not we give them their due recognition!
