No, the moon is probably not blue. A blue moon is whilst there are 2 comprehensive moons in the comparable calendar month. this would not happen very in many circumstances, so whilst touching on something that would not happen very in many circumstances, somebody will say that it occurs "as quickly as in a blue moon".

two full moons within the same month. it only occurs about once every ten months, i think, so it's not very often. however, i think the next will occur this March.

When you pull your pants down and show your booty...not really, I'm not sure. I think it's when the moon has a certain "blue" hue to it that only happens every so often.
