Fallen Angel: Mulder receives a tip off from his contact Deep Throat about a government quarantine in Townsend, Wisconsin due to a toxic chemical spill in the area. Deep Throat however claims it is really a UFO crash site and that Mulder has roughly 24 hours before the airforce's reclamation group removes all the evidence. Mulder rushes to the area and manages to photograph the crash site but is apprehended and put in a cell where he meets a ufologist, Max Fenig who mistakes Mulder for a fellow UFO enthusiast. Scully arrives to take Mulder back to Washington, Section Chief McGrath aware of Mulder's conduct has scheduled a hearing, he wants to fire Mulder and close down the X-files. Mulder persuade Scully to help him investigate the government cover-up in hope of finding evidence of the UFO crash to save himself and the X-files. At the hotel they find Max ransacking Mulder's room, it turns out Max recognized Mulder from his photograph in a trade magazine and has been following their work on the X-files. Max a member of the National Investigative Committee of Aerial Phenomena (NICAP) travels the country investigating UFO sightings, but there maybe another reason for his UFO fascination. Mulder witnesses Max having a seizure and while helping him notices marks on his neck that are text book abduction scarring. Mulder believes that Max is a multiple abductee and that his presence in the area at the time of the UFO crash is no coincidence.

The Host: Mulder is pulled of his mundane phone tap surveillance assignment and sent to investigate the discovery of a decomposing body in the New Jersey sewers, but Mulder dismissing it as another gangland killing. Insulted by the pointless assignment he storms in to Assistant Director Skinner's office and confronts him. Skinner tells Mulder the X-files have been closed and the sooner he accepts that the better. Mulder later confesses to Scully that he is considering leaving the bureau and pursuing his interest in the paranormal on his own. But Scully, handling her reassignment more professionally, insists on doing the autopsy and discovers a parasitic worm in the dead man's body. When a sewage worker is attacked by something in the same sewers, Mulder interviews the victim in hospital, he has a large unidentified bite mark on his back from the attack. Mulder receives a phone call, an unknown male voice tells him he has a friend at the FBI. Mulder assuming Scully has been talking about him leaving, asks her not to start any crusades for him, but Scully denies any knowledge on the phone call. When the sewage worker is later found dead in his apartment, Mulder realises that the worm is merely the lava stage of a larger creature, that the perpetrator in the murders is a mutant flukeworm. Scully's investigation reveals the new species arrived on a ship used to dispose of material from the Chernobyl accident. Scully concludes that nature didn't make it, mankind did.

I like that Redwolf site "Kit Kat" referenced. I go to it, and the one I listed below when I need details or info to help me follow something I didn't quite get. The "wearehere" site has some good summaries of each episode, and kudos to whomever maintains it.

Are you a fan?
Fallen Angel is kinda hard to get, it's about Mulder finding a UFO enthusiast
named Max but the military dosent want them to meet. I still don't fully get this episode and I have been a huge fan for over 4 years.

The Host is really gross! Its about a mutant fluke worm/man who lives in the sewers, it breeds by biting a host. That’s pretty much it. This episode was a really weird one.

If you need any more help with episodes, "scifi.com" or "http://redwolf.com.au/xfiles/", are really good places.

I hope this helps.^_^
