I reached level 4 today on yahoo answers. Is this part of the left -wing conspiracy to ruin America? Now that I have blown up on Yahoo Answers, does that make me part of the evil left-wing media? Maybe, or maybe I just like answering questions.

Actually I think you'll be okay if you just take a deep breadth, hold it in and release slowly as you count off ten seconds. Close your eyes and let your mind wander. Relax life is too short to take anything too seriously. Least of all a message board or blog.
