as u know that nothing comes in this world for free but i have a soloution to ur problem go to the market buy a tv tuner card from a computer showroom it will be of 1200 rs only fix it and u can enjoy doordarshan free.

Yes you can watch doordarshan on net.
but right now you will only able to watch doordarshan news(DD News) on www.tvdekho.com
also they have their almost every indian paid channel their, so may be in future you will also able to watch doordarshan.
