can you swim in liberty city stories?

I was gonna buy liberty city stories for my PS2 and i wanted to know if it has freedom like San andreas can you swim fly cars jump off buildings change your clothes all that you can do in san andreas and more and is it like the mafia in vice city or GTA 3

no i don't think you can if i was you i just buy San Andreas
