Manipulation by the privately owned national banks, like the Bank of England, The Federal Reserve Bank in America, The European Bank, etc, etc.

They are the main dealers in bonds and can (as it has been documented in the past) manipulate the bond market in order for people to lose confidence and sell, causing the market to collapse. Then they buy-up the bonds for pennies on the dollar.

They are also known to tighten-up the money supply in nations to cause depressions, like the great depression of the 1930s, in order to be able to buy-up businesses and real-estate for rock-bottom prices when nobody has any money and are desperate.

Another trick is to give out low interest loans, and then slowly raise interest rates and restrict money in circulation, so people are unable to pay them back and go bankrupt. The bank then takes the peoples possessions from them and the cycle repeats.

In response to Alan's P.S. below, I guess a lunatic asylum is a good place to put people who understand the banking system but refuse to sell their souls into it. If everyone found-out the truth about banking it would be the end of it. That is why the bankers hide and obfuscate what they do behind economic gibberish and inane babble.

Abraham Lincoln understood the evils of the bond market and started printing US treasury notes, which were debt free, in place of the system of the government selling credit bonds to the banks who would then create money out of nothing to lend to the government in exchange for the bonds and receive interest on it. Abraham Lincoln was assassinated.

John Fitzgerald Kennedy tried to abolish the Federal Reserve act and issue debt-free US dollars, as Abraham Lincoln had done and also was assassinated.

Now-a-days, the mainstream media is owned by the same people who have interests in the banks, so you will only hear misinformation about this subject in the media and anyone talking the truth about it gets labelled a lunatic.

All I can say is do your own research and draw your own conclusions.
