Ok I work with this guy I like. (Please dont answer with its a bad idea) Anyway whenever theres a lot of us together, I am the first one he talks to. Hes shy but we can talk for hours if we wanted to. When he talks to me, he stands really close to me, closer then to others. His arms arent crossed and his body and feet are facing me. He does look me in the eyes when he talks to me. He jokes around me a lot and I have caught him staring at me a couple times. I might have to make the first move because he is shy and I am 20 and he is 18. Do you think he likes me?

you can help him so that it would be easy for him and anyways, your good friends right? so its much more easy to reach him...

Not sure if he likes you in a guy likes a girl kind of way, but from what you've said he at least feels really at ease around you. Take it slow, feel it out, see if he acts interested and not just more comfortable than he does around others. But personally, shy or not, I wouldn't make the first move...it's always ended up being a mistake for me. If the guy really likes you, he'll suck up the shyness and eventually come around, especially if he feels comfortable around you. Good luck!

He could. Just because he stands close to you without his arms crossed doesn't mean he has feelings for you. But since it's obvious that he will not be making a move on you anytime soon. Go for it! You're friends, right? He'll say yes.

Maybe he likes you, but isn't a teenage boy kind of young for you? He's eight-TEEN.
Anyway, if he likes you he'll ask you out. If he's too shy or too young to know how to ask a girl for a date, good luck.
