Have anxiety or panic attacks about a big life changing decision you have to make, and whether or not you made the right or wrong decision? I made a big decision and I know it's right, and it's what I want, but every now and then, I panic, and worry if it's really the right thing to do or not, but ultimately I know and feel it is.

I think change does sometimes brings anxiety and panic. Whether you know it is right or wrong it is a different road you are going down and you never know what the future is going to bring. You just hope, pray and wish for the best that you have gone down the right fork in the road and the bridge isn't washed out ahead.

if u ultimately know that it is the best decision than u shouldnt look back. be confident in ureself and ur ability to make decisions.
no matter how much u thought about it and how sure u did the right thing it is still normal to feel panicky.
just calm urself down and if the panicking is persistent try to channel it into something positive like preparing ureself more for this change in ur life. preparing urself emotionally physically socially .... whatever that may be
thanks

sounds like you need to be more sure of yourself..sure everyone makes bad and good choices..and sometimes we regret the outcome or its the right thing..but if you are worried about everything then that makes you miserable and you need to be able to make a decision with surety and get some confidence

'Do one thing every day that scares you' (Baz Luhrmann). If you know that what you've done is right for you, keep on truckin' and don't look back. You only get 80 years on this planet, so you've done the right thing by grabbin' life by the balls!
