In Windows XP, Start > Run > type dxdiag and click OK, go to the display tab, information about your graphics card (including memory) can be found there. It will also tell you the make and model so you can do a search online to find out more information.

Right click my computer and go to properties.
On the windows that pops up, click the hardware tab.
Click the device manager button.
The window that pops up will list all of the components of your system.
Look under the Display Adapters tab. This should tell you the manufacturer and model of your card.
Double clicking the name of the card will bring up some extra info.
You can then use that and google to look up the specs of the card.
