Do not spray on food or anything that touches food. You can spray it on telephones, just dont get any spray on the window screen since it whitens it and will not come off. Spray on whatever you hands touch in the house, such as door knobs, light switches, computer mouse....

Most modern household disinfectants contain Bitrex, an exceptionally bitter substance designed to discourage ingestion so keep it away from anything eatible.Dont use disinfectants and other cleaning products together because chemical reactions can occur. Also if you use to much disinfectant the bacteria your trying to kill can develop a resistance to the chemical which will defeat the purpose of even using it. To answer your question its okay to use but dont make it a habit of using alot and dont use it on everything. Use good judgement.
