After a couple of comments made about my body by the guy I'm dating I now find myself being more critical of my body. I worry about changing or gaining weight or even someday having a kid because of small things being said even though he's more careful now. We've talked about it and I will think I'm okay but later I hear things come out of my mouth about my weight or body that never used to (and it's not like I'm overweight or that I worried before). Can I continue dating him if I'm still having problems with it? What should I do?

Maybe have a serious talk with the guy and ask him why he says hurtful things to you? If he has issues with your body and how you look, you should know. Whatever the reason he has made you very aware of your body now, to the point of worrying that you don't look good enough, and that's sad. Seems like time spent with your boyfriend should be quality time and not time spent wondering or worrying about what you look like and if you're good enough.....

it honestly has nothing to do with him .. you had those issues b4 him and if u continue to hold on to them it would make it hard for you to be with anyone .. you need to work on finding out who u r .. and figure it out how to accept things that you cannot change ..and if can change certain things about u that dont like remember ..that it doesnt happen over night ... be patient and LEARN (To gain knowledge, comprehension, or mastery of through experience or study.
