If they're close to you, they should care about how you feel. Try confronting them and letting them know how you feel about them doing this... Keep trying, dont give up because its an addiction... and let them understand it is addicting but if they try they could quit.

It's hard to tell because I don't know your age or your relationship.
So, the bottom line is this. If you keep quite, you will not be helping this person because it will continue to get worse until that person is arrested or dies.
You have to speak up. Sometimes when people close to us do bad things it's hard to see how bad it really is, and it's hard for us to think that person can do something so horrible. But drugs are illegal and doing drugs is serious.
You have to let someone know. It might just save their life.

I lost two friends from drugs. Put it on the line. Stop or I just don't want to know you any more. You never know you might just be in time to save their lives.

if they are stupid enough to take drugs in the first place, they are'nt going to have the savvy to listen to common sense anyway. Forget about whoever this is & stay on that correct path yourself.

Knowing is half the battle. I know it's an overly used cliche but you get the point. If you can't talk sense into them, there's nothing more you can do.

Offer to take them to a Narcotics Anonymous or an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting before they ruin their lives and/or die from it.
