It really depends on how much you weigh, what your best shot is, and what position you are.

For me, I'm 5'4 and 115 pounds so I use an 85 flex Bauer Endure, so that when my weigh pushes down it just barely flexes the stick for a harder shot. I used to have a Warrior and I liked that one the best. It had a quicker release believe it or not. It's all in what feels right to you.

Don't be so quick to go out and buy the Synergies and all the big hype sticks. Most people who waste their money on those sticks don't even have the skill to use the stick to its full potential. That came from a former NHL player who coaches my team. I agree with him when I see Mites using those sticks and the get can't get the puck off the ice and meanwhile Sidney Crosby is ripping a 90 mph wrist shot top corner. If I were you I'd go with either Warrior or a Vapor XXX.

There's no such thing as "the best stick." There are so many sticks that are on sale on the market because each stick caters to a different style and size player. Some players like really flexible sticks while others like stiff sticks. Some like a grippy stick and some hate the friction. Some like light sticks while others like heavy sticks. Most high end sticks on the market are fantastic, and the most important thing is to find one that suits your style.
