I have to always write very formal mails to my hods and whenever i want them to do something i use the words kindly i request you/please do this.

Can you give me some alternative words for using in formal mails an alternative for the words like kindly ,please,consent,request.

kindly - softly, gently
request you to - beg of you to
please do this - I would very grateful if you please do this
request - will you be able to do it for me without any disturbance

kindly = Thoughtfully? Considerately?

please is a tough one...

consent = permission? approval? sanction?

request = demand (although that sounds a lot harsher)
