My Sony Xplod car stereo has an aux port that I should be able to connect an MP3 player to but I'm not sure what I need to make that connection happen. The MP3 player is actually a cell phone-Nokia 6133. Thanks.

My Sony Xplod car stereo has an aux port that I should be able to connect an MP3 player to but I'm not sure what I need to make that connection happen. The MP3 player is actually a cell phone-Nokia 6133. The audio output jack in not a normal headphone jack, it is made so that you can hear out of it and speak into it when you recieve incoming calls. They may not actually make what I'm looking for. Thanks.

All you need is a simple line-in jack. It looks like a standard 1/8"(3.5mm) male headphone plug at both ends. And it wouldn't hurt to get an in-car power source for your phone, while you're at it, so you don't suck the battery dry while driving.

The only way is to use a low-power FM transmitter, which you then tune the car's radio to receive.
