Click on the history button on your browser. In IE - it looks like a clock with an arrow going counter-clockwise on it. It's right next to the star for favorites.

In your Web browser (assuming you're using something like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, or another largely-used browser) there should be a "History" tab along the tool bar at the top of the Web browser (along with things like File, Edit, View, etc.). Simply click the "History" tab and a frame will open, showing all previous sites and pages you've been too within a given time.

If you can't find it in Internet Explorer and are using version 7, go to the "Tools" image in the tool bar area and select Toolbars within that menu, then select History and you should be able to see it then.

Just click on the drop down botton on the address bar and you should be able to see the most recent. Or as stated before, you ctrl + h or click the history icon that looks like a clock with a green arrow on it.
