I love this boy, he has a girlfriend and he likes her a lot he's only been seeing her for three weeks and I know he likes me what should I do wait for him or move on? He told me when they finish he will get with me but he wont finish her for me because he says he would feel too guilty.

Let me ask you, would you lay your life down for this boy? No? Then it's not love, sorry, you just fancy him.
As far as your question, I have to respect his opinion. He obviously likes you both, but just not that much, as neither of you are worth the trouble of dumping one to date the other, or to not blow you right off, as he values the other girl so much.
Nice to see he has his head screwed on, at least!

Sounds like hes just tagging you along, keeping you on side incase things dont work out with his girlfriend. Youd be better to move on and find someone who genuinely wants to be with you and not keep you hanging round just in case
